my roommate, Charlie Branch..... (''call me Joe, I'll call you Joey'') went home yesterday.... feeling pretty good, Bless him. Today a Chinese fellow and his daughter argued for hours ; he was left, suffering terribly(moaning and yelling; she had to come back at 1 AM.)

this ''skilled nursing facility'' is in my old neighborhood & many of my older neighbors remember me fondly(which always surprises and pleases/frightens me too).
They have seen me doing Tai Chi and yoga while recovering from various injuries and I am friendly and respect all the customs....

So, what's new?
I'm always attempting what should have been impossible years ago, and has not been getting easier with practice & contemplation.... just hope to be helpful and not bored
the day to day is difficult, of course but I remain cautiously optimistic!
