Honey-Grapefruit Granita: 4cGrapefruitJuice(approx8Fruit)~1/3cSimpleSyrup {1part water, 1part sugar by volume: boil 'til sugar disolves}~ 1/3c honey.... mixing bowl, combine ingr., whisk; cover; freeze. 8hrs or 'til firm. [this, now, is the fun part]: using a strong fork, (with a strong arm...) scrape entire mixture with the tines of a fork until fluffy. Spoon into a container; cover and freeze for up to one month.
