thank you so much for all your warm attention & many many messages!
it seems it's enjoying swimming and moving around... although i don't feel a thing yet...
it hasn't got a name yet, just being called 'aka-chan' (='baby' in japanese)(oh my! henk's effort to learn that strange language...).
hopufully in december, just before christmas, we would post a real picture... hopefully hopefully. till then, my balloon will keep growing :>

patterned breathing and panting leads to hyperventillation, the abnormal balance of CO2 which is essential for muscle contraction. Yoga breathing is more conducive to a less stressful labor. My years of teaching this and assisting in births has proved this true. Even Lamze is not teaching this much anymore. It is a bit archaic now days.

But as to private flying, it is a wonderful hobby. Here in the U.S. it takes about 8 hours of time with an instructor to solo (Take off and land by yourself.) About 40 hours of flying is necessary to take the flight exam. You also must pass ''ground school.'' But it's something you don't have to do all at once. A good instructor will make certain your learning experience is not uncomfortable for you. After all that instructor wants you to keep flying. What would you like to know? -Karl

Get a copy of Week-end Pilot, by Frank K. Smith. If you can't find it in your library, Amazon.com has used copies for as little as 99 cents. (I just checked.) It is very well written. It is the book that got me started, and has done the same for thousands of private pilots. It is a joy, and for 99 cents, how can you go wrong? You will lose yourself in it, and will have trouble putting it down. -Karl
